• Sites related to sexually explicit or violent material are not allowed.
• You will be paid your commissions, at such time as your account balance is $20 or more.
• You can place our product banners anywhere on your site as you see fit, or within non-spam emails.
• You may not use unsolicited commercial email (UCE), spam, search engine spam, or other illegal or unethical means by which to generate referral commissions.
• Each Link connecting users of Your Site to the pertinent area of Our Site shall in no way alter the look, feel or functionality of Our Site.
• You are not to offer Cash rebates under any circumstances.
• No commission will be paid on sales made via third party services like buysellads.com or similar.
• You must NOT run "negative" PPC or iframe domain campaigns such as "Product name / author name scam" or any other method to attract controversial click through rates that an ordinary person would deem to portray a negative view of the product.
